This is a vintage shasta camper compact. Mostly all original, a 1963 model it"s in good condition for the year, the floor is solid, upgraded with white oak flooring, with no soft spots or issues, its had previous water leaks that have been repaired but some of the interior panels should be replaced
It sits on 2 brand new radial tires, and the wheel bearings have been replaced. The roof vent has been replaced, along with the wood structure in the ceiling that supports the vent. Some rotting wood on the rear of the camper has also been professionally replaced and sealed
The trailer lights and all exterior lights have been fixed or re wired correctly, the original spare tire looks brand new. The interior wiring lights and fuse box all work well. The air conditioner did not work and has been removed. A new unit with remote can be installed for $300
