Heater, stove and refrigerator all in working order. Trailer is in original untouched condition. Cushion are in excellent condition. Tile floor has been removed. Has had a roof leak but has been repaired please see photos of water damage. This is a great restoration project. Selling due to unforeseen circumstances.
