Absolutely immaculate 1961 Shasta SCS 16 model. It has recently been restored but was in amazing condition prior to the restore. Original floor, exterior panels and interior wood. Wood was sanded and refinished. Roof was replaced. Still has all the original appliances as well. Exterior was painted but kept the original siding. Even original light fixtures. This trailer is the best Shasta you will find! 3 total owners. CA trailer its entire life. There is zero rust on this thing and it has been stored in a garage or under a car port since new. Brand new electric brakes. Everything works like it is supposed to. Refrigerator will freeze ice packs. Heater will make you sweat! Stove, shower, toilet all work. There are zero leaks. Again this is the most amazing Shasta I have ever seen. Brand new awning as well. I am sure I am missing a few things so please call with questions. Selling because my wife wants the room, ease of use and amenities of a new trailer.
