Vehicle description
This will be the last time I will list this item. If it does not sell I will just wait till the Spring to sell it.
It has come time to pass on my vintage trailer to someone else. I purchased this 8 years ago with the intention of restoring. I just have too many projects. I got all the lights going, went camping once and put it into deep storage. It has been there since.
This is a 1960 Fan made at the Wakaruska, Indian factory. It is serial #2833. EVERYTHING WORKS 100%. It is all original except the front cushion that I had made. There are also checkered curtains I had made. Bunk bed has a ladder. The gas lamp has the globe. Refrigerator is gas only and works great. Stove top works. The furnace fires up and is in complete working condition. I have never used the water system, however I have no doubt it is all in working order. This is a cold water only trailer, no water heater. There is not a toilet but the closet is more than large enough to put a cartridge style toilet in there. It is an old school camper. All running lights and indicator lights work. It is ready to tow.
The only thing I can find missing on the interior is the overhead glass globe. There are a few spots where it had leaked at some point. It has been stored indoors since the day I bought it. The gas system will need a new regulator installed. I cobbled a gas connection to test everything.
Thought the photos do not show it, all marker lights have been replaced. I also removed all the rusted screws and replaced them with stainless.
I am including a vintage rope and pole 14x 8 awning. This awning has a rigid front pole and three upright poles. It will need ropes and stakes. I am including a metal wheel for the jack stand and 4 aluminum jack stand stabilizers.
Though it is not pristine, this is an incredibly original unit. I doubt you will find another trailer of this era as complete and unmolested. If a restoration project is your desire, this is the one.
This trailer is truly a barn find. It had been in a barn for 20 years before I bought it. I have stored it inside for the past 7 years.
Clear Maryland title in my name, ready to sign over to you. .
Professional delivery can be arranged to anywhere in the United States if needed. Delivery to the Port of Baltimore $150 with your arranged shipping.
This trailer is priced to sell, not to haggle. Please, let"s not waste each others time. If you are serious, so am I.
