Canned Ham style. We have the title which is also rare. All original cabinets, hardware and appliances. We bought it to redo but do not have the time. We started taking out the interior wood where water leaked in very carefully to keep the cabinets intact. We also took out the front Windows and they are in good shape so part of your demo is done. You can put them back in after the wood is replaced. It will need to be rebuilt due to water damage. We are just selling for what we bought it for. Needs tires so It may need to be towed to your location. In like new condition it would Retail anywhere between $12,000 - $15,000. The last picture shows is what it will look when you fix it up
