1955 (fan) I believe Franklin Alexander newcomer started these campers in a barn on his property in 1954 and went into production in 1955 this is a first year production camper,we purchased this camper with a partial rehab it has a new floor with the front and back walls having been replaced with typical front damage from cutting to short with a patch on one side and one inch foam board insulation, every where I have been into the walls it has had insulation,ok here"s what I have done total new electric system with a new 125 amp breaker box with 20 amp breakers, including a new twist lock connection and new cord,all new wire 8 circuits with 6 being used plenty of outlets and multitude of light, new converter with new battery new LED lights, new water tank with new pump new water lines ,city water hook up, I have put a microwave, air conditioner, new propane regulator all gas lines have been checked for leaks, propane detector, new Booth new cushions new cushion for the bed, new cabinet, new paint and curtains, almost new tires will bearings have been greased and packed, all new paint on the outside, windows on the front and back have been taken out and resealed, drip rails on all four corners of been pulled and resealed top has been coated with two codes of blackjack sealer, no leaks anywhere good Missouri Title, I worked on this trailer 35 days in a row to completion and was going to keep this camper and we found something else that we wanted to rehab so it"s for sale
