Classic 1948 Spartan Manor Travel Trailer newly restored and ready for the next vintage trailer rally. This 2 door model has a toilet, shower and bathroom sink/vanity area in the bedroom which is located in the rear of the trailer. The living room area has 2 closets and 6 drawers for storage. Click-Clack couch pulls out to make sleeping for 2. The galley Kitchen which is located in the center of the trailer includes "new" vintage refrigerator and microwave. The sink, stove and cooktop and faucets are original to the trailer and in good working order. There are ample countertops for food prep in the galley type kitchen. Full bed has a new custom mattress. Bedroom includes built-ins which are mirrored and has closet storage. A door separates the bedroom from the kitchen area. New hawaiiana style curtains throughout. This trailer does NOT have holding tanks. Since I completed the restoration, we have traveled to vintage trailer rallys in Pismo, and Northern CA over the last 2 years. Tows like a dream! Would also make a perfect guest "casita" on your property or a great pool house! Non smoking trailer. This trailer is basically the same layout as the original Spartan diagram in the photo gallery with a few minor changes (Kitchen reversed and toilet is located behind shower. There is no door on the toilet or shower in this trailer only a door from kitchen to bedroom)
