This auction is for a 25 foot Spartan Manor Trailer. This trailer is 25 feet long, including hitch. The exterior is in very good condition, with no dents or damage. The side windows are all good, the end windows all need to be replaced. The trailer needs a complete restoration on the inside, some cabinets and pieces can be saved. It has a metal floor, which is all solid. I can not find any tag with model, year or vin number. There is no title, sold with Bill of Sale only. It has two new 8 ply trailer tires and is towable. This trailer must be picked up in Stamford, NY, about 60 miles South West of Albany. Please ask any questions or for more pics before you bid.
