Vehicle description
1946 Spartan Manor manufactured by the Spartan Aircraft Company. Very unique vintage platform. Desirable 25ft model. Brand new Les Schwab tires put on less than a month ago.
Complete restoration required, it appears to have been used as a construction company office. Will need new front windows (Lexan kit sold by Timeless Travel Trailers). Other glass is in good condition.
No title, it will come with bills of sale dating back to the 80s. Serial # was taken to Oregon DMV and it is not in their system. DMV informed me one can apply for a title by submitting an application for title/registration, applicable fees, as well as a certification of ownership with the bills of sale.
We were going to turn this into a tiny home conversion / airbnb but have gone in a different direction.
