Vehicle Details Rare 1967 Triumph TR4A that has been mechanically brought back to driver quality. Not too often that you can find one of these in running condition at this price point. Car is driven weekly since I owned her and I would not hesitate to drive her anywhere. Previous owner rescued her from a barn where she had been for many years. He was a British car mechanic and got the engine running, installed new brakes, calipers, tires, new top, new seats, new door panels and new carpet. The dash was replaced and got everything is working in the car including the horn. Cosmetically the car had the rust work done and was repainted, but was a very poor job and the car really needs to be stripped back down and properly repainted. Looks great from 20 feet with the new Moss Chrome bumpers and Triumph badged hub caps. I purchased the car with the intentions of driving it this summer and then tearing it down for a restoration in the coming year, but am building a new shop and need the funds for the construction. This car runs and drives just fine and starts every time. Transmission works smoothly and the rear end is solid without any sounds that could indicate issues with the mounts. The frame has been repaired in the rear around the trailing arms and the rear extensions. You could drive this car as it is for a while and then give it a proper frame restoration as I had intended to do. Floor boards and outer and inner rockers are solid, looks like rust was repaired in the H deck and there is evidence of a minor accident on the driver's side rear fender that needs to be properly repaired but a solid, driving classic Triumph that you can enjoy today.
