If purchaser chooses to waive inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced. Any concerns will not be addressed post sale. PAYMENT: We require a non-refundable $1000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed. A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. Full payment is required within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
