| “2005 Coucou Grey V8 Phaeton. This was sold in the USA from 2004-2006. Only around 2,500 sold here. Very Simliar to the Audi A8 and Bentley Flying Spur. if you like random people asking about your car, this is for you!This particular model has every option available except the W12 engine and 4 seater option. it has HEAT, COOLING and MASSAGE available for ALL FOUR SEATS!it is a 15 year old vehicle and does have some dings/nicks/scratches. I use a disability parking spot due to injury so I’ve limited dings as much as possible. damage to back bumper no frame damage just a minor bonk. Newer top of the line Continental Tires probably under 5k miles on those. Also new Battery. a couple lights on dash, needs new headlights, eventually brakes need replaced. questions? let me know” |

About this vehicle This 2005 Volkswagen Phaeton is an original. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes 2005 Coucou Grey V8 Phaeton. This was sold in the USA from 2004-2006. Only around 2,500 sold here. Very Simliar to the Audi A8 and Bentley Flying Spur. if you like random people asking about your car, this is for you!This particular model has every option available except the W12 engine and 4 seater option. it has HEAT, COOLING and MASSAGE available for ALL FOUR SEATS!it is a 15 year old vehicle and does have some dings/nicks/scratches. Newer top of the line Continental Tires Under 12k miles on those. Also new Battery in 2020. The warning lights on the dashboard that are on are:
ASR - Automated Slip Regulator. Sometimes it comes on sometime off.
Brake symbol - means brakes will need to be replaced soon.
Headlight symbol - they both went out within weeks of each other. I will include two brand new unopened Phillips bulbs, it’s tricky to get to and I’m not able to replace on my own.
TPMS symbol - it’s been on since I’ve owned it . Even with replacing all 4 tires recently, the tire guys were unable to get the light to turn off. I’ve heard there’s a sensor on the full size spare. Tire guys didn’t check the spare at the time unfortunately. That would probably resolve the issue.
Trunk light lit up on dashboard. This has a automatic trunk opener that isn’t working correctly. Although works fine with the key except it’s a heavy trunk due to the gas shocks. Opens and closes/latches fine.
