Vehicle description
International Harvester 1210 Pickup Truck
Super clean and well preserved truck. Has minimal rust and runs amazingly well. Purchased from grandson of original owner, both of whom took amazing care and kept great records on the truck. I intended to keep, but am a bit overextended on projects at the moment, so decided to put this one up for bid. Starts beautifully and shifts well. Interior is exceptional, only in need of a grill cover for the speaker on the dash, easy, and one of the buttons on the blue tapestry seat is missing, but I actually have the button in the ashtray.
She is geared low, so if I were to keep her, I would change the rear end and make 1st gear a bit more usable. She was a farm truck from Idaho and appears to have spent most of her life indoors. A paint job and a bit of surface/body work would make this truck even more amazingly cool, bit not necessary. She has tons of character and charm as is.
A minor puff of smoke when started, but disappears immediately and runs strong. I am confident she will drive to her new home, but would recommend shipping as the gearing is low, as mentioned above.
Tires are 90%, windshield is clean and looks new, recent tune up, brakes stop well, lights works as they should, AM radio works, has CB and trailer brake and an 8 track tape deck as well. So much charm, don"t miss out on this one, you will not run across another anytime soon.
I am starting the auction low, and welcome any questions you may have. Thanks for looking.
