About this vehicle This 1971 Datsun 240Z is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable. Seller"s Notes Found the car abandoned in a storage unit. It sat for 12 years. I installed a new fuel pump, clutch slave and master cylinders, battery, and a couple odd little interior pieces like the radio delete plate and choke knob. It does run and drive but could definitely use a set of tires before being used daily Vehicle Details 1971 Datsun 240z in good shape. Runs and drives. 3.1L stroker engine with 5 speed transmission. Has been fitted with a custom roll cage and Corbeau racing seats as well as a radio delete plate. Vehicle could use a set of tires as the tires on the car are flat spotted and have some dry cracking from sitting for the last 12 years. The headlights work but were wired to switches on the underside of the steering column. The blower motor is inop. MSA side skirts installed along with fiberglass fenders. The rear of the side skirts are coming loose from the car as the fiberglass is breaking away from the body. There is a small amount of rust in the floorboards as seen in the pictures. The car has Eibach Prosprings installed as well as polyurethane bushings. Also the vehicle is missing basically all the weatherstripping. It does have the vertical rear defrost. Exterior Repainted black by previous owner. Overall good shape the fiberglass side skirts are breaking away from in front of the rear tires. .no rust in that area just the fiberglass breaking. Interior Mostly there. . there previous owner has removed all the vinyl from the interior and installed carpet front and rear. Along with a roll cage. Engine 3.1L stroker engine matter to a 5-speed transmission. Runs but does have a minor oil leak. Created on the Motors app
