Vin # 2484670H3160 This beautiful 1970 Buick Electra 225 Convertible is in great running condition and in stunning GM Fire Red paint. The interior is also red. The odometer reads 86,500 and is believed to be accurate. The paint was new in 2016 and the engine and transmission were rebuilt in 2012 by the previous owner. There has been approximately 2000 mi since the rebuild. The steering wheel was replaced and the original wheel was saved. New carpet and new top when the rebuild was done. This car is ideal for hometown parades and is equipped with an under the hood siren! Power windows, top and steering and brakes. 6 way power seat needs repaired, as it does not operate. The engine is the 455 V8, tires are newer and P235 17” narrow whitewalls, wire spoke wheel covers that are marked Special Edition. No rust on the frame and the paint and body are straight. Chrome bumpers have no rust but fake chrome plastic trims show age, which was typical for cars of this era.
