Title says it all: this a Tiger Mk1A project. After verification, we are 99.99% it is an authentic tiger with what seem to be a matching number drive train.
-The car has the notch for the generator -2,5” welds on the front strut -trap for the fuel pump, fuel pump mounting and fuel pump -battery mountings in the trunk -V8 tach -obviously the V8 drivetrain
The jal number & vin number plates seem to be held in place by the original rivets. It is registered under our garage name (papers on hand).
The car does have rust. Take a look at the pictures underneath the vehicule, this one needs some metal work. The trunk floor is in good condition. The car is solid enought to jack on a hoist and is not about to break in half.
The car is pretty much complete: seats foam & upholestery are missing but that’s not something you would have re-used anyway. The windshield itself is missing but the windshield frame is there.
Gauges are all there, fuel tanks, drivetrain, direction / suspension. Wheels and hubcaps are there. It comes with a hardtop (Not pictured) !
Take a good look at the pictures, we tried to photograph everything that we have with it. This is a big project for sure, but it’s definitly worth it! Parts are avalaible, nothing is over complicated on those cars & at the end you’ll have a car with a solid value.
You can send us your tiger expert to authentify it, it will be a pleasure for us to show the car. We are located in Montreal, Canada. That’s a car we bought in first place to restore however we have quite a few projects in the making (including a MK2 tiger !) and space at the shop is limited so we got to sell some toys!
We do ship worldwide at the buyer expense. Shipping to europe is about 1500$ Usd.
Us buyers: We can deliver the car in Champlain,NY so you can pick it up in Us ground with a US title. This service is 500$ usd (broker) + 2,5% duties. (We don’t charge anything for the delivery itself, it’s a pleasure another tiger enthousiast). If you live north-east, it is very easy to bring it back to the states on your own and save the broker fees !
