Vehicle description
This 1965 Buick Electra 225 convertible is in outstanding condition. The engine runs smoothly and the car drives solid as a rock even at highway speeds. This car is a true survivor in mostly original condition.The car was repainted about 8 years ago and the paint looks fantastic as can be seen in the pictures. The interior is original and looks amazing considering the age of the car, but does have expected wear, chipping, etc. in places since it is unrestored. The seats were recovered when the car was repainted, have no tears and only minor wear.
All the essential mechanicals are working: All the electric windows, electric top, lights, wipers, door locks, etc.
Only a few minor items need fixing: some dash lights, one of the two pull vents doesn"t bring in external air, the defrost slider isn"t connected and the front seat motor kicks but isn"t moving the seat forward.
This car is being sold as a non/AC car, but there is a compressor under the hood, so this car had AC at one time.
