This 1964 Morgan 4/4 # 54EP, has an interesting race history, owned by well known race driver Dougall Reith, it raced is Santa Barbara and Willow springs, Riverside race track, to name a few of the race tracks, Circa 1968, all documented in Gridlines Magazines,1968, with photo, it has been in storage since early eighties , it is pretty solid, with typical California rust, the chassis is solid, except for 8 inches on both sides, and repairable, front suspension is very good, has wrong seats, no top frame, the wood has dry rot , but, all can be restored, comes with full windshield, and side brackets, correct Morgan gauges , roll bar ,fitted with MG 1800 motor, and gearbox, period racing wooden steering wheel, Brand new tires, with front disc brakes, some nice, interesting reading in the Gridlines magazines, mentioning this car doing very well, This Morgan raced in E production, competing with drivers Dick Barbour, Bob Grifiths, Lee Midgley, John Ecketeins , Don Moss, Jack Brabban, and a host of other drivers , mentioned in the Gridlines Magazine
