Vehicle description
This auction is for a very rust free 1956 MGA project. White is the original color of this car and the inner fenders still have the original paint and the frame also has original paint that is peeling some, but the frame is in very good condition. The exterior body has some dents and some small previously repaired dents, but no major damage,it’s been primered white by someone starting restoration, needs to be stripped and done correctly, but no rust or large dents. The top frame is there in good shape, the side windows come with it also. The seat are from a later car, but I have the original seat frames which come with the car.The engine hasn’t been ran in some time, and I haven’t tried to start it,but turns over easily by hand. The driver side rear axle seal was leaking and slinging fluid on the wheel which is probably why the car was parked. The engine appears to be original with 1500 on the side of the block. I have the front bumper and brackets. The trunk floor is in good condition. I am not an expert on the cars, but it seems very complete I am posting photos of the body and engine plates. This is a very complete and minimal rust project for someone wanting to restore one of the cars. I can help your shipper load the car or I can store it for a while after payment if someone wants to pick it up.
