About this vehicle This 1939 Packard Super Eight is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work. Payment is to be made by cash, certified bank check which will have to clear before car can be removed, or bank wire transfer. Vehicle Details 1939 Packard Super 8 club coupe model 1703. Car has been in inside storage since the early 1990's. Presently car is not running. Has the 320 cid straight eight engine and is not seized as it can be turned over with a strap wrench on the crank damper. Has 3 speed transmission with column shift. Car has solid floors and trunk floor, no rust holes. You will find some dings and small dents here and there but for the most part quite straight, but does have some rust issues. There is rust in the bottom of the doors. Driver side has a hole near the lower hinge. Passenger door has a hole at the bottom corner. Small amount of rust at the lower quarter panels. The area where rear fenders attach is solid. Entire trunk is nice and solid. There is some rust in the passenger side drip edge.
