Vehicle description
Robert Craig "Bobby" Hupp was born in 1878 in Grand Rapids, MI. In 1902 he signed on as a laborer at the Olds Motor Works, his first job in the new and exciting automobile world. By November 1908 he incorporated the Hupp Motor Car Company, and was on his way to success. He introduced the model 32 in 1912.
This 1913 Hupmobile is a true survivor, you will not find another like this one, anywhere. For more than 104 years, this car has seen many eras in automotive history. It starts (by using the crank, no electrical system), runs, drives, turns, and stops. My father bought this car many years ago, he drove it locally on our rural roads in northern California but it has been stored at our family home since then.
It has correct original acetylene headlights, original kerosene tail light, and original kerosene running lights at the windshield. All upholstery is factory original, it is worn but complete. The correct original radiator cap is still in place. Much of the original paint is still in place and visable, no spray overs. Included are some spares including a spare block, front axle, shift levers and carburetor. Total mileage is currently unknown, the 99,999 was an estimate Payment is due in 3 business days. Will work with all major logistics companies and will work with all out of area buyers with their transportation needs. Will do everything needed to insure you receive the car as soon as possible. California resident"s are required to pay tax per state law, out of state or country no tax due upon purchase, you will pay taxes according to your state or country laws. All sales final. Vehicle is sold as is, where is. No warranty implied or suggested. Please message with any questions you may have about this vehicle.
