Vehicle description
1973 firebird formula 350 Ps. Pb. Manuel shift body/kit, 12 bolt posi track. This is my brother’s car I sold his GPX solstice about a year and a half ago with 3000 miles. His health has been going south for a number of years now & he & his wife thought it would be good idea to deal with selling off the vehicles he can’t do anything with. Ok, now I’ll get to it. My Bro got his formula around 94 he worked with a guy who bought it as a father son project for the world of wheels car shows when the boy went to collage he sold it to my brother. The only thing he did to the car since he bought it was put new wheels and tires on in 96. He just used it for shows & weekends on occasion. Around 2000 coming home from a local show the transmission started smoking/leaking & that was that. Never did anything with it (you’d have to know him) other than start it & keep it in his climate controlled garage. It wasn’t long after that his health worsened. About 1 ½ years ago I moved him to a lake house as you may see in the recent pics he still hasn’t unpacked the stuff in the garage. When I started the car it now smokes like a truck on diesel brothers. He used to sit in the garage & wipe down the car, drink beer and start it up. The battery went dead probably over 5 years ago & wasn’t started till I started it. I haven’t had time to go over it so who knows. Let’s just say the motor & tranny needs going through. I do know there is a silver dollar size rust hole in the center of the trunk but most looks like surface rust. Trunk liner was never removed until these photos were taken. The speedo shows 47k with no documentation can’t prove it but sure hasn’t been abused. In fact, I’d bet he hasn’t put 2000 miles on it since 1994. I’m sure there are questions my #3174035804. If your Ebay score is low or goofy you’ll want to call or I’ll void your bid. Thanks for your time.
