Vehicle Details Volkswagen Bus/134K original miles, smogged last week without a hitch. It purrs. Mechanically it is in excellent shape, visually it has some flaws. Engine head was rebuilt at about 100k, new CV joint or two at 105K or thereabouts, the usual battery replacements and meticulous tuneups; it's required very little work. There are a few dings and a crease down one side. The upholstery is worn (see photos). It has a fridge which works but we never used. We prefer to cook outside so we've enjoyed having the additional room that this model gave us. We also have a car cover for it. We've had it for 22 years, taken it all over the western U.S. and through Arizona, down south as far as Loreto in Baja from Oakland, CA.
