Vehicle description

1993 Olds 88 Royale ……. No Reserve
This is a true two owner car, I purchased it from the original owner whose name is on the factory warranty paperwork in 2007 and the car had 65400 original miles. The car has always been serviced and anytime something was needed it got fixed, I drove the car everyday and everywhere, so it had to be safe and reliable. At this point the car needs nothing, unless you want to paint the top half of the car. The floors, inner rockers, outer rockers, door jams, and everything from the body side moldings down was just repaired or replaced and repainted. New metal was welded in where necessary. No mud job done here. . The inner front fenders have been repaired also with new metal welded in. You will see in the one photo where the sub-frame rubber bushings and bolts have been replaced, that was completed in July. The entire sub-frame was taken down and inspected for rot, if it was bad I would not have done the repair, the sub-frame is solid. There are some issues with the door panels, drivers side has a taped spot from 26 years of arm resting. The others are in much better shape. You cannot get these, or I would have replaced them all. The headliner was replaced in June, seats are in very good condition, carpets are still very good, rear floor mats are originals and excellent.
I cannot even start to remember how much money was spent over the last 12 years on this Olds, the original motor was replaced at 117,000 miles. The current motor has 130,000 miles with oil changes done ever 3000 miles, this 3.8 will run forever with regular service. The transmission was replaced at 198,000 miles, it works perfectly. Some parts have been changed twice or more over the years, as I said it had to be road ready at all times, just like it is right now. If an interested buyer would like to contact me I can provide the garages" name that has maintained and repaired this Olds over the years. They should be able to bring most of the history up in their computer. I welcome you to come and inspect this car in person, we can take to the garage as well and put it on the lift.
You will see some extra parts that I purchased in the photos, I was planning on painting the rest of the car and putting them on but I found a car I wanted to buy for several years now and I bought it, the parts go with the car also.
If you want a car that will get you where you want to go for quite a few more years, then please buy this one. Pa inspection is good until January 2020 and you will have problem getting the car inspected then, there are no issues. Most cars in this price range and more need plenty of added expense just to get a Pa inspection passed. All the power options work, windows, (sometimes the rear ones act up) antenna, drivers seat, door locks, and the trunk. The trip set does not work. Speedometer works fine. Good luck bidding on my car, any questions please call Frank, 570-383-7506.
