67 TR4A I have had since 1994. Drove it for 4 yrs then had 20 mph front end collision. I dove it home. In grad school so no $$ to fix body at the time. Sat on farm in VA till 3 yrs ago when wife had it shipped out as birthday "present." I had Tony at Ratco send me a reinforced front frame clip as shock towers looked a little weak from prev owners welding probably back in 80"s. Professionally grafted onto existing frame. All rust removed repaired on frame, POR treated outsite, Eastwood internal frame coating 10 cans. Trailing arm mounts replaced and properly fish plated. All new suspension with TRF Nylatron uprated bushings. Adjustable camber kit on trailing arm mounts. New brakes all the way around and pipes. This included new calipers, rotors, drums, disks, hydraulic pistons in rear. New Bearings in front, new driveshaft assemblies from diff to rear hubs from BPNW. Front seal and gasket replaced on Diff. Diff mounts replaced and reinforced with TRF kit. New steering rack with aluminum direct mounts. All in probably 5K spent on frame. Only thing frame needs is the upper cruciform plate. Was waiting till exhaust installed before getting that done. Body was pretty rough after 30 yrs. New floor pans, inner and outer sills, but the garage labor did not have the skill set to get A and B alignment so doors will shut with shims under body mounts. New trunk pan, battery pan, inner front fenders, back deck. Body needs someone who has the expertise and time to get it lined up and adjusted so door gaps correct. Have about 2K in sheet metal in this.
Also included are gas tank, pedal assembly, windshield frame, exhaust from downpipe back, some body parts if buyer wants them. Seats which need redone.
Additional items that can be negotiated at pick up are fully refurbed SU HS6 attached to manifold, instruments with speed/tack refurbed by Nisanger still in box, 4 speed gearbox. Have all interior stuff as well and 3 wiper motors and heater motors, extra door with all operational hardware and glass (super nice one) I got off ebay.
Im wanting to get this long standing project out as I have another 4A and TR6 acquired which need the space in garage.
