Up for sale is a beautiful 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon. The salon was introduced to compete with the BMWs of that era and came equipped similar to the cutlass supreme. The salon had a unique fender badge with the world flags, bucket seats, and a competition shifter with a console. These cars were considered as one of the best driving cars of that era. This Salon has been garage kept its entire life and has some very cool options that make it stand out from the other ones I"ve seen. Some of the factory options are black paint, red interior, bucket seats, competition shifter, sport console, AM/FM radio, tinted windows, deluxe steering wheel, sport wheels, firethorn pinstripes, 350 rocket 4 barrel, 350 turbo transmission, and a vinyl top. The car still has its original build sheet, window sticker, dealer invoice, dealer registration, 1977 inspection, as well as a bunch of receipts. This car was custom ordered to the customers liking, and it is not common to find a cutlass thats got a sport look like this. The car was not driven in the rain or taken through car washes. The original owner had detailed the car so much since new, it got a fresh coat of paint in the early 90s and still looks amazing.The body is in amazing shape with a little over 42,000 actual miles. Within minutes of inspecting the car I knew that everything that owner had told me about how the car was treated was accurate. Everything works from the headlights to the tail lights including cruise control, the cigarette lighter, the door buzzer, and the radio. I cannot stress to you how clean this car is. You will not be disappointed if you decide to inspect it in person. This car is currently parked in a climate controlled garage next to fully restored, high end muscle cars.
