Beautiful 1967 AMC Marlin
Only 2,545 Produced (including 6 cylinders and 290 V-8s)
I have owned this beautiful Marlin for almost 4 years
I am only selling because I lost my storage
The Good:
The 1967 Marlin was the only Marlin that was built on the Ambassador frame [The 1965 and 1966 Marlins were built on the smaller AMC Classic frame]
American Motors 343 V-8 - Runs & sounds great!
The Marlin is equipped with dual exhaust - sounds great!
It appears to have a mild cam but I cannot guarantee that!
This car spent most of its life in California - no rust The trunk looks virtually new - see pictures The underside of the doors show no rust - see pictures
The chrome is excellent.
The dash is excellent - no cracks or fading.
The engine compartment is very clean.
I would rate the paint and interior an 8 out of 10. I have some handwritten documentation supporting the low mileage and California location.
It is equipped with Power Steering, Power Brakes and Tilt Steering.
The car starts and runs great.
The rear brake cylinders were recently replaced.
New weather stripping on the doors and trunk.
New Scuff Plates.
The tires are in excellent condition.
Includes new Betty Boop floormats, cushions and keyring

The Bad :
The speedometer jumps at low speeds - the cable probably needs greased or replaced (available through Kennedy American $49.00)
The door panels were customized by a previous owner
The radio does not work.
