Thank you for viewing the auction for my 1966 AMC Marlin. This is a rare model equipped with a factory 287 V8 and 4 on the Floor. It is complete including the factory console (not shown in photos but in storage). A rare find for any AMC enthusiast ! As the pictures show it is in need of restoration. The motor does fire up and run but one of the freeze plugs in the back of the engine has a substantial leak so all of the coolant drains out quickly. The motor is tight though and does not smoke at all. Although it moves there are no brakes. It rolls easy though and can readily be pulled onto a trailer or rollback. There is rust but nothing structural. Frame is rock solid. Interior is mostly complete but worn. Floors need some work. There are very few of these left. This one is totally restorable or a goldmine in rare Marlin parts. I have a number of classic mopars I am working on as well as a 68 AMX and given limited time due to covid related changes to my business I don"t see me getting to this anytime soon. I hate to let it go but I need the space. This is a no reserve auction with a low $500 starting bid as I want to move it quickly.
