Vehicle description

Vehicle Details THIS . . is a beautiful, restored 1973 Triumph GT6. I've owned it for roughly 3 years and it's been fantastic, definitely an attention getter and looks/feels like a much more expensive car than it is. Very fun driving experience, handles like a go kart and will happily cruise down the highway, this particular vehicle doesn't need much, it's ready to enjoy. Title in hand. No smog requirements for most states including California.Below is a quick highlight of the key details:Videos:Start up, engine & under carriage: https:/ youtu.be/jrZptH4XngQExterior & interior: https:/ youtu.be/35EfVILlwog100+ Photos:https:/ app.photobucket.com/u/FX09/a/a523d75d-8ce4-4e3d-b7cc-9396f57f45df/p/c037bfe2-006c-4ded-80eb-5d717bb7727d?mode=slideshowVehicle History:• Frame off restoration by father (mechanic) and son in 2015-16 on this California car (San Diego area)• This was his 3rd GT6 done, professional job with all receipts, sold upon completion• Documentation and photos of the work included (binders and thumb drive)• Purchased by a Porsche collector in the CA Bay area in early 2017• He was British, it was nostalgic for him but his garage space was limited, sold after 4 months to me• Nothing outside of maintenance was needed, but I've made improvements to the following in the last 2 years:1. Full stainless steel dual exhaust, amazing sound without the drone2. Sport springs, these lowered the car aprox. 1/4 in. removing the wheel gap and helped with camber on the balance3. Retro bluetooth head unit and speakers (no interior has been cut for this)4. Color matched hub caps with blue 'Triumph'5. Custom Coco mats cut to fit flawlessly6. New battery last month• Outside of regular maintenance, nothing else has been done or needed since the restorationKnown Issues:* Nothing major but here's a list of what I'd want to know if I were buying:1. Noticed the tires need some air when taking photos today. Also know that she's ready for new fluids this spring, depending on how long it takes to sell I may get to that before selling and will note that here.2. The paint is in really good condition, cleans up great. There's no rust or bubbles but there is a knick that you can see in one of the linked photos (roof). Other than that, the work was a professional job and looks nice. I don't like to arbitrarily rate these kinds of things but will say that the pictures and videos reflect how it appears accurately so you can judge.3. The glass is original, it's in nice condition. No major issues on the side and back windows. There are a couple of scratches in the top left area of the front, captured in pictures. Not very large and may actually be able to be buffed out too . . I'm pointing it out in one of the linked photos.4. The passenger side door lock and rear window lock are a little finicky. I never really used these but they need to eventually be adjusted, especially if they're going to be used frequently.Outside of these things, there aren't any other known issues, mechanically or otherwise. The car has been very enjoyable and surprisingly reliable as well. With regular maintenance and driving - these cars need to be driven - this one should be a pretty enjoyable, low-cost vintage car to cruise, do the cars-and-coffee thing or even track . . which was one thing I haven't gotten to do but know she'd be up for it.Please let me know if there are any other questions . . happy to try and capture more photos as well as help the buyer coordinate shipping. If not local, I have easy access for vehicle pickup. I'd definitely recommend a closed container for this one though. Images Download the Motors app
