Afterward, DG Restorations set forth with a full bare-metal glass-out exterior restoration in original Azzurro Metallizzato. The interior was then re-trimmed, in original colors, with hand-selected soft-and-supple leather and correct-pile precisely-fitted carpets.
During the restoration process, the 308 GTB received a second belt service at Ferrari Technologies late June into July 2019.
By summer of 2020, the exterior and interior restoration had been completed to a high standard and shows beautifully.
The 308 GTB is now ready for Saturday morning cars and coffee, club driving events and longing looks from those who enjoy classic sports cars.
