This 1966Red Dale is 15 feet long including the hitch. It weighs approximately 1800lbs.It has a 2” ball and a 4-pin connection. When I bought this trailer, all her furniture, walls and flooring had already been removed. This was a ground up restoration to replace all the rotted flooring, studs and ceiling. We went down to the frame and rebuilt from scratch keeping the original integrity. Installed¾” plywood for underlayment and new 2 x 2’s for framing walls and ceiling. Installed¼” plywood shiplap for walls and ceilings. Installed Luxury Vinyl Tile, water resistant, color Chateau (Lowes) Repacked the bearings, cleaned tires and wheels. Includes original hydraulic brakes and stabilizing jacks. Replaced ceiling vent with a new Camco Roof Vent, with a UV resistant translucent lid and a built-in screen. Installed with butyl tape and stainless-steel screws. Removed all windows and replaced cracked or broken windows. Reinstalled with new stainless screws and butyl tape behind all windows, storage compartment door and door. Replaced ALL screws with new stainless-steel screws. Replaced butyl tape under both gutters along top, front and back of trailer. Removed and replace all wiring and upgraded the number of outlets to seven, including 3with USB plugs. Installed a Square D Homeline 100 Amp 6-space 12-circuit load center with cover. Includes three Square D Homeline 20 Amp Single-Pole Circuit Breakers. Replaced exterior hatch with Square D Electric cable hatch door and upgraded shoreline power cord to a 25’ PowerGrip Heavy-Duty Outdoor 30-Ampextension cord. Upgraded and replaced all exterior wiring, lights and light covers. Insulated all walls and ceiling with closed foam spray insulation and foam board. Built new furniture including a couch that slides out to a bed (42” x 74”). Open storage under bed, also accessible from the outside through the storage door. Built cabinet over wheel well for storage and appliances. Built dinette benches with tons of storage and easy access for electric box. Built dinette table with adjustable legs. Tabletop is a one-of-a-kind herringbone design with multiple layers of epoxy resin for a flawless and long-lasting surface. Tabletop fits between dinette benches to make a second bed (42” x 74”). Dinette area has a built-in shelf and two outlets containing USB ports. All custom-made cushions using updated and durable fabric and foam for the couch and dinette, which all lay flat for the beds. Also includes two throw pillows. All curtains are custom-made along with a custom-made fabric cover for the storage area under the couch. Brand new cordless blinds on all side windows. -Installed new lights with LED light bulbs. Lights consist of 5 new white wall sconce lamps, each with their on/off switch, and an under the counter LED light above the kitchen sink. Replaced all window crank handles. Renovated existing Kitchen area. Replaced all copper tubing from propane tank to the3-burner stove and oven. Replaced broken oven handle with a custom wooden handle. Upgraded the sink to a larger 15” x 15” stainless steel sink with sloped bottom with grooves to allow complete water drainage. Includes bottom rinse grid and basket strainer drain. Installed a Camco flexible camper drain tap with hose system for drainage to gray water jug. Upgraded faucet to a water pump made of aluminum alloy, which is self-priming and connects to a freshwater3.2-gallon storage jug with a new water tube. Extra fresh water 5-gallon water storage jug included. Sink drains to a 5-gallon gray water storage jug, under the camper, with a switch to control flow. -Replaced original ice box with an electric Black & Decker white compact refrigerator with freezer, 1.7 Cubic feet. Ultra-quiet with large capacity. Added a new Comfee’ countertop 700 watts microwave with 11 power settings and a 10” glass turntable. Stored in cabinet unit over wheel well. Most noticeable upgrade in kitchen is the birch butcherblock countertop. 25” deep offers plenty of workspace. Matching butcher block counter on cabinet unit over wheel well. Added a slide-out cutting board above built-in refrigerator. Rebuilt door replacing old insulation with foam and JM GoBoard. Applied wallpaper on the interior door, all drawers and cabinet liners. Cleaned all original copper screws, drawer and cabinet door pulls. Installed decorative items including towel and utensil holders with hooks, cutting board, oven mitt, hand towels, utensils, measuring cups, faux plant, woven grocery bags and iPhone/iPad/tablet shelf (next to USB outlet by couch). Painted interior with Behr Ultra Pure White Scuff Defense, Cabinets (Calligraphy by Behr Ultra) Exterior painted with, Sherwin Williams Pro Industrial DTM Acrylic Coating extra White and stripe is Behr Ultra Exterior Semi Gloss Enamel in Sea of Green. Bumper and step painted with Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover Smooth Semi-Gloss Finish in Black. Spray painted the tongue using Rust-Oleum Gloss Protective Enamel in White. Decal provided by Custom Vintage Trailer Parts. No bathroom, however; comes with a portable pop-up tent (for outdoor changing, shower or bathroom) 5-gallon bucket, portable bucket toilet seat that fits onto a 5-gallon bucket and camping toilet bags for portable toilet. Red Dale Coach Company was founded by Dale Martfeld and Red Guthrie in 1958 in Longmont CO and stopped manufacturing in 1979. This is truly a one-of a kind trailer. CLEAN TITLE
