Re-listed. This is a 1974 Red Dale Camper. It is 23 Ft long and weighs approximately 3400 pounds. In the interest of full disclosure, I"m going to tell you as much as possible. Please call, text, or message for additional info, pictures, or a video showing.
This trailer is a PROJECT trailer and although it will be very cute when finished, it needs a lot of work . Please look the pics over closely. I try to be as thorough as possible with a 24 picture limit. First and foremost, the j-rail, windows, vents, and roof all need to be re-sealed with new butyl tape, etc. as soon as possible. The exterior siding and paint is in decent condition for the year. The floor is OK. The undercarriage seems fine. It IS leaking and there IS water damage that is only going to get worse if not addressed very soon. Please look closely at the ceiling pictures. You can see the water damage. There is most likely water damage to the framing also but I haven"t torn into the wall or ceiling to see. I don"t like trying to put something back together that someone else tore apart, so I will leave that to the new owner. The bathroom needs some insulation and ceiling/wall repairs. I have included pictures of the water damage but I can only attach 24 to this listing. I encourage you to ask all the questions you like and request more pics . I have not tested the appliances, but was told they work. I can"t guarantee them or the water/plumbing system. The cushions have been recovered by a previous owner. The curtains are worn and dated. Windows are all there. The tires are OK, but I"m sure they will need to be replaced before too long and it wouldn"t hurt to have the bearings packed before towing it very far. A set of magnetic lights is also a good idea. There you have it! It"s a 50 year old trailer. .I"m not trying to scare anyone off, but it is being sold as-is so I"m just giving you as clear a picture as possible so there won"t be any surprises! Have a great day!
