Classic 1966 Oasis travel trailer with turquoise appliances. Clean title. Trailer is located at the entrance to Zion National Park in southern Utah. In good condition for age with original ash wood interior. Trailer dimensions are : length of trailer box 12"8", length from hitch to back bumper 15"3", width 7"2", and height 7"10". Trailer is water tight. Water damage in the interior was caused before we purchased it in 2008. Trailer was used for several years while we built our home in Springdale , UT. ,but hasn"t been used since 2015. At that time propane heater, stove, and oven worked. Propane refrigerator has never operated while we have owned the trailer. There is a water tank but pump has not operated during our ownership. There is minor damage to the counter and in several places the ash wood veneer is cracked or split from water damage prior to our ownership. Windows all work. Screens are intact. Small crack in one pane of glass in window above stove. There isn"t a foam cushion or mattress. We had used a full bed size 4"memory foam as our mattress. The bed is slightly smaller than full size. The dinning area can convert to another bed and there is a pull down bed area above the main bed area. Trailer tows well. This trailer has great potential for restoration or can be used as is. We had planned to restore it but health issues have shifted our priorities. Curtains and seat cushions are newly redone. Please review the pictures carefully. The trailer is sold as is.
