This is a 15 foot 1962 travel trailer that"s ready to legally be towed where it needs to go. Comes with a Title! Also comes with 4 original stabilizing stands and a metal wheel attachment to put in the tongue shaft and roll it around. Tags expire this month so haul away in December and you won"t have to get a trip permit. All lights work so if ou have the right plug or adapter, you can pick it up at night too (not circle plug. It"s the striaght row). Propane tank is full. Just filled it up. The stove and oven work. One of the 3 stove tops need a new piece that is cheap and simple, if you want to make it work too. I hear electrical works but I haven"t tried it. The outlet is bad and need to be replaced with a QFCI outlet. They"re inexpensive and easy to install. Has original water tank and I hear it works but haven"t tried. Probably should be cleaned. Weather seals are going bad and I would recommend keeping this undercover for the winter. It has some water damage but is still solid and has a lot less damage than most that I"ve seen of this year. Floor is solid. Tongue and rear bumper are rust free. I just sanded it down and added a compound that converts rust to iron so it"s a rust free/paintable surface. The rust that was on it wasn"t bad at all. Just on the surface. Still structurally sound. All doors and drawers work fine. Hinges don"t even squeak. All new matching, reversible curtains. Keeps light out well. Tires are fairly new and have good tread. Hasn"t been sitting much lately and it pulls well.
