This is a sweet little trailer. She does need work. I cleaned her us and took out the broken fridge, damaged counter tops and as you can see they need to still be replaced. She is solid with no leaks. I recently replaced the window and door caulking. I have some parts that I purchased that will go with her. I have the stove vent cover and the refrigerator vent cover. I replaced the old butter dish style light covers with new replicas and I replaced all of the lightbulbs with LED. I replaced all 4 wheels and I have a new spare. She has new running lights, break lights and pretty new hubcaps. I had to take out the water tank, it was cracked but have not had the chance to put in a new one. I do have the propane tanks that go with her. She is in need of a bathroom overhaul. I do not know if the heater works, but it is still intact along with the water heater. I will also send the new owner with the new sway control system we just purchased to haul her with. I also have the original owners manual, it is fun to read. Please feel free to ask any questions.
