1957 Rolite Vintage Camper 11" with tongue 14"
Some remodeling completed after receiving this gem gutted . . ✓It has new electrical and a new blue print of carpentry started. ✓No title. You can apply for it which is common with Vintage campers. the prior owner explained in a written statement that he never applied to get the title when he received this camper and we will provide a copy of the statement. ✓Unknown on the weight. . But there"s nothing in it that would weigh much no refrigerator, no stove, just the wood materials that have been used to start to rebuild it. ✓11" on the body and 14" adding in the tongue. ✓The floor has been replaced. ✓The pop-up top that was original to the Rolite couldn"t be saved because all of the mechanisms we"re missing. The previous owner had removed them. So it"s a solid shell now converted. ✓The camper has been covered by a tarp as the roof and the seams need to be sealed. No water leaks in the camper at all. ✓I will tell you that the floor was completely replaced by plywood 3/4 inch.
✓Ceiling and walls are completely insulated with styrofoam.
✓New breaker box and it"s been completely rewired. ✓The tire size is 175/70R13 camper tire size.
✓ No toilet, but a place to build the 1/2 bath. it was started and shows the area on one of the photos ????Needs some time, money and love to make it great again!
