I’m selling my 1966 Rolite Travel Trailer. I purchased this trailer with the intentions of remodeling it. The trailer originally folded down for easy travel. The previous owners attempted to make it a permanent structure with a rubber flex tape and adding boards to the inside, however the trailer had severe wood rot. We completely gutted the trailer, built new framing around all corners and other areas to replace all rot to make it a proper permanent structure. All brand new insulation was installed. All electrical wiring and outlets were replaced. Tongue and grove board was installed. Air conditioner wall unit was taken out and flooring structure was replaced where it had caused rot. Laminate flooring was installed. Window seals where replaced on outside of windows.
This sweet little trailer still needs a few touches. Outside protective electrical box needs to be installed. Which I have one I purchased just have not put it on yet. There is a drain pipe installed out the bottom of the trailer and needs to be connected to the sink, and water supply line needs to be installed. Top back panel poped up and needs to be secured down. Also a side panel needs to be secured (see photos). Small crack in one of the windows, however has not caused water to come in. Back corner has been sealed but is missing metal corner piece. Has brand new memory form single mattress. Storage space under bed. Comes with everything inside. Has original paperwork and comes with title. Tows well. Could be used to Airbnb or adventure in!
