1952 40" Spartan. Was used as a cabin for years. Roof had a few leaks over the years. Interior needs redone some of the cabinets can be saved and reused. Exterior is in great shape, body panels are near flawless. One broken glass in the rear. Front partial window was removed for window A/C. I repaired the roof and sealed the entire roof. New wheels and tires. Towing coupler was reworked and safety chains installed. Tows great.
I applied for a bonded title.
My plan was to convert the trailer back into a cabin with all the upgrades. I can work with buyer on any upgrades or a full restoration. We have done repairs, Restorations, Frame up builds and custom builds on all makes from the 1940"s - 1970"s
