This awesome tiny home is just as cool as a container house, but you can move it anywhere! It has these features: new stainless steel fridge, new sinks, bath/shower metal trough combo, king size, comfortable air-bed over the gooseneck and you can out a couch/futon in for more sleeping areas, 2 burner stove top electric cooker (stores away when you don"t need it), AC unit, uses small electric heaters, no gas - all electric, new cedar and metal walls (they smell great and kee p the bugs away), new microwave, I will even throw in a TV and some of the decorations if you like them!
It measures 30 x 8.5 x 6.5. We pulled a gooseneck horse trailer down to the axles and rebuilt it - so it has a very strong frame. It does not have brakes, but pulls well with our 3/4 ton pickup. It does not come with a title or I would be asking much more for it, but it does come with a bill of sale. We can deliver anywhere near Austin TX or surrounding areas for free. It is designed to be a park model, not a travel trailer. It uses a 50 amp plug in and has septic and a water hose hookup. Very easy to do! We put Clint Eastwood and some fun decorations on the outside for the photos, but they are not attached. They can come with it if you want them. Imagine how cool this would be for a guest house, hunting cabin, teenager house, college apartment, air B&B rental? People absolutely love it when they see it!
