New tires installed. Also replaced the O-rings inside the wheel during tire replacement. CTIS works as should. New batteries. Passenger outside door handle functions but will not release the latch to open the door. I would say the interior rod has came off the lever but do not have the time to fix it. Has a keyed ignition. Some of the pictures posted on this ad are before the new tire installation, so if you notice the truck leaning to one side is because it has a flat tire.
