Sand Rail Dune Buggy. Volkswagen motor 2300cc. This sand rail was a sand drag racing buggy before we bought. We took off the paddle/sand tires and put on wide street tires. We were in the process of making it street legal, but didn"t finish. Red Recaro seats come with it. Disc brakes, dual carburetors, 4 speed manual transmission, oil cooler, fuel regulator, nitrous kit included, minimal surface rust in a few spots, it would not take much to get this back to racing status. Motor is great, strong, needs fresh gas and battery. The motor doesn"t currently run because we took the nitrous kit off. Has been sitting in a garage for 5 years. This dune buggy is very fast and a lot of fun to drive. $14,000 invested .
