I just serviced the water heater & change both the anode rod & the electric element & it has a new module board.
*15 to 20 Gallon fresh water tank & 12volt water pump.
*You can hookup to the city water with a normal hose.
*New RV toilet. Dometic 302300071 300 Series Standard Height Heavy Duty Plastic RV Toilet, White.
*Queen size RV mattress.
*Livingroom couch turns into queen bed.
*Lots of storage everywhere. Big *Toolbox outside.
*9 new side marker lights.
*Fridge is electric & propane. I have only used it in electric mode.
*New shower head & bathroom faucet.
*New kitchen sink faucet.
*New bathroom flooring.
*New cool ambient lights in bedroom & 12volt lights in bedroom & bathroom.
*Comes with plug electric heater.
*Ice cold Dometic Coleman RV air conditioner.
*New search light in the front of trailer to see tools at night & help with hitching.
*It has a Dometic Duo-Therm propane heater system. I"m pretty sure all it needs is a new digital ($99) or analog ($35). Thermostat. I have not had time to figure out the Duo-Therm system but I did get the fan working on It. Duo-Therms are worth average $400 (small) to $1,200 + (large). I think the unit is medium or large.
