1982 KOMFORT TRAVEL TRAILER. Roof supports have been replaced. Ceiling supports have been cut out and replaced. Floor has been replaced in all the weak spots. Futon in the front sleeps 2. This would be a great trailer for someone who wants to take summer trips. Pressure treated back deck installed to frame where old bedroom was ripped off. Air conditioner works and blows cold when electric is plugged in. Kitchen features a dual sink but refrigerator was removed due to wanting to update it to newer. Water pump has to be reinstalled to water tank. Water tank is 50 gallon but dirty. Would have to clean and reinstall to use the water, pump, wires are all labeled. Septic is empty and intact. All lights not disconnected work. Bathroom wall supports all done, but walls will need to be finished. New caps were installed on roof. I’ve spent over 1k the last couple months. The tires are great and have tread. All the sway bars and hitch are there with both plugs for towing (lights they are the magnetic ones.) Hard work in my opinion has been done. Shower area will need to be sealed in with wall. It’s got all the bones and a working air conditioner. Cheapest tow behind you will find with this much recent work done. Big Windows in the front make for a beautiful view. Both steps are function and the levelers work. Feel free to ask questions. Curb weight was 5000 now less with customization. Clean title!
