Sean has extensive racing experience and access to a full collision repair shop as well as a fabrication shop with two former IndyCar crew chiefs. + + + + + + + + + + Stripped it down to the bare chassis and then completely rebuilt it which consisted of but not limited to: 1) Frame was stripped, checked, repaired and painted. I also added on horizontal bar to better protect the drivers shoulders. 2) Sanded down the body work and properly repaired. Took over 20 pounds of old paint, bondo, etc out and properly repaired it with fiberglass. Final product is straight, clean, and light. 3) Replaced the lower side panels with .060 Aluminum in order to increase intrusion protection. This was also added to the shoulder area. 4) Modified brake pedal assembly to allow for left and right front braking. 5) Constructed new oil tank, oil catch tank, and water catch tank. 6) All new oil lines and rubber water lines. 7) Heat coated the exhaust system. 8) Constructed new front suspension after making jigs from known good suspension components. 9) Constructed new rear suspension links (lower control arms were in great condition) 10) Re-plated all items which were being re-used and all new items. 11) New rear sway bar made from smaller diameter tubing to increase adjustment range. 12) Replaced all of the Heims with new Aura ends. 13) Replaced all of the hardware with new AN hardware and jetnuts. New Parts: 1) Battery 2) OMP Belts 3) Fire suppression system 4) Fuel Safe Fuel Cell ) Penske Double Adjustable PS-6020-DB Shocks. Nitrogen filled non canister shocks. These were custom built for this car in order to get the correct length. Just had rear re-done (2 weekends since) with new bodies and shafts to decrease length and therefore decrease droop. 6) Eibach springs (with extra option in rates which will be included) 7) CV Joints (Lightened Lobra) 8) Wheel bearings 9) Hawk Blue pads (1 weekend) 11) Aluminum Saldana radiator 12) SeTrab Oil cooler 13) AMB Transponder hard wired Rebuilt Parts: 1) Invoice from Taylor of the gearbox being rebuilt just before I purchased the car. (2 races prior is what I was told) 2) Rebuilt engine from Farley. New SCCA crank, new pistons, etc. Steel headed engine which produced 115 hp and made 112 hp at 7000 RPM. Data: AIM Mychron Evo 4 with formula car steering wheel. Veracity Racing RPM Pick up which completely fixes the erratic RPM reading from the coil. Also have Oil Pressure, Oil Temp, Water Temp, Wheel Speed, and GPS. Spares: An extra set of wheels Upper and lower front control arms Rear links with heims Various other bits Car has had 8 race weekends on it since finishing the above. I have set the track record for EFF at the Firebird tracks in Phoenix as well as Sandia Motor Speedway in Albuquerque. Have never lost an EFF race with this car. I have data proof of running consistent 2:29s at COTA. I have a significant amount of cash, time, and resources in this car and would estimate if someone would set out to have this car built like this they would spend over $40,000 and maybe over $50,000. Everything is still like new and the car performs flawlessly every time I take it somewhere. I believe anyone from Phoenix will attest to the quality of the build, the cleanliness of the car, the reliability and the speed the car has. It handles great on American Racers or Dunlop/Avon treaded but has been optimized to run on the Toyo/Yokohama DOT tires.
