Dry Weight is 6,988 lbs. This is 30 amp service has leveling jacks and roof A/C, furnace, 6 gallon hot water heater, gray diamond plate front, pass thru front storage, dual axles with EZ tow. The entry has tile pattern gray and brown vinyl with tan carpeting in the slide out area and rear bunk area. The front master bedroom has wood flooring bed with mattress(no comforter) dual night stands, upper cabinets, lights, flip around mirror to TV living room- You can either watch TV in the bedroom and if you want to flip it to the living room just pull the pin. The bedroom has dual privacy curtain doors and windows with valances and shades. The living room has the pattern cloth sofa bed and has the U-shaped dinette with drop down table for sleeping and lamp above, the kitchen has the countertop with sink and sink covers, 3 burner stove/oven combo, Dometic refrigerator, and vent system, also has the wallpaper border. The bathroom has full door with the toilet, shower with tub and shower curtain, roof vent fan and vanity mirror with cabinet/ sink. The bathroom has its own entrance/exit to the outside. The bunk house room has the left side bunk with ladder and lower storage or area for Tv/electronics, upper bunk bed that folds up when not in use and lower sleep and play lounge sofa bed. This is a nice condition trailer inside and out. There is no spare tire on the back but one can be mounted to the bracket. There is a spot for the grill on the outside rear bumper bracket and has the grill with it. The outside kitchen has simulated brick stone look and pull out recessed, drawers, R vision refrigerator, 2 burner stove, sink and cabinets. These light weight trailers tend to have a feel in the floor where you can feel the cross member supports, upon walking in you can feel it in the floor when you step in the entry way.
