It has an aluminum and wood body that is in very good shape with no leaks or soft spots and has nice aluminum wheels and good tires. The interior is clean and in very good shape. It can sleep 6 with 2 in the queen size bed, dinette & couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, sink and large gas/elec fridge. It has a large 13,500 BTU cold roof A/C and gas furnace & water heater. All plumbing, appliances and shore hookups are working good. The TV is missing. There are 2 entry doors, one private in the bedroom, and it has a 16ft power awning. The empty weight is 6342lb.
