This 1931 Plymouth Convertible Coupe is one of a small number built. These rare cars have most often been modified or turned into hot rods and therefore very few survive today and even fewer in their factory stock configuration. This one. however has survived in very good condition. It has benefited from being very well cared for and restored quite some time ago. The car was running and driving well when placed in storage. The sheet metal body and wooden structure are all in good shape. The running boards are new and were built from the exisiting frames. There is one small dent in the driver side fender caused by a clumsy garage worker dropping something on the fender. The paint is very good. but does show signs of age and minor wear. The interior is very good. The seat is excellent and the gauge faces are very good. The car was driven three years ago before going into temperature controlled storage.
