Here is an estate sale and a great deal Previous owner died . 78 Piper Tomahawk 4200 TT 1400 smoh and 30 hrs since complete tear down and major overhaul on bottom DUE TO OIL PUMP PROBLEMS NOT PROP STRIKE> I didnt see any damage history.The plane has been sitting but is cheap and can be readied to ferry in place. Super nice logs and AD sheets ect see pics. No reserve bid to own . Plane is close to New Orleans and clean No hail, all logs Free and clear with fresh title search. ALL PAPERWORK HAS BEEN SENT IN AND WILL BE FILED THRU KING TITLE . DEBBIE WILL WALK ALL THE PAPERS OVER FOR FILING. The glass is in very good shape The interior carpet is shot but side platic and seats are in good shape. I remove several panels to check for corrosion I removed tail access panel for inspection also clean. Dont miss out on a heck of a deal for someone who doesnt mind a little elbow grease.
