This is a 2005 Coachmen Cross Country model # 372DS, 2 Slides, with the Cummins 300hp ISB Diesel eng with an Allison Auto trans. The odometer shows 9500 miles but we assume that either the engine computer or the odometer has been changed, so, we are not exactly sure about the miles. The title shows EXEMPT for the miles. We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text 864 965 8577 or call the store 864 845 1484. The engine runs good. The transmission shifts good. The Onan diesel gen runs. The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold. This motorhome was just driven approx 600 miles with no issues. There are 2 roof AC units that work. The LP system works, Water Heater and Stove top function. It really needs new tires since the date codes are older, however, it was just driven approx 600 miles. The furnace works. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works. The fridge works. The jacks work. The power cord is a 50 amp and it was missing so we used one of our cords to check it out. The radio works. The main awning works. A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad. The auxiliary battery or emergency battery "Big Boy" solenoid needs to be replaced. This means that the house batteries are not being charged while the engine is running. If the gen is running or the power cord is plugged in, then the house batteries are being charged. There is a small rock chip in the lower area of the drivers windshield. Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator. The brakes function. The rear brakes are functioning but not proper. Each side has a bracket assembly holder actuator that is broke and someone attempted to re-weld. We have ordered one side and just received it and the other side has to be special ordered and manufactured and could take two or three weeks to receive. The brackets are less than $200 each side and about 6 hours labor of work. We can do it or you can have your mechanic do it once the other side is received. FYI, the rv stops fine the way that is it, it just makes a bumping noise when you apply the brakes since the brake chamber moves due to the broken bracket. The transport guys did NOT even know or were aware other than it making the bumping noise when applying the brakes. We did NOT check anything else. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. This RV is dirty and needs a good cleaning. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell. For the buy it now price of $32999 we will include the following: oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generator Wiper replacement New Tires New wipers 50 amp power cord Full of GAS and LP This means that you have the opportunity to purchase cheap, fix it up and sell for a profit if you so desire.
