selling due to divorce and I need to downsize. I am not comfortable driving such a big unit myself. I have always been meticulous about cleanliness and the inside is immaculate-never any pets or smoking! Tune ups done regularly and recorded in our ledger. Engine barely broken in at 30,000. We used the RV for occasional camping weekends and i am original owner. RV always stored in garage. New Michelin tires barely used. There is one scratch on the back of the unit when, in our early learning days, he jackknifed our tow vehicle while backing up. its small damage and i have included a photo of it. other then that, this RV is in excellent shape and an excellent deal in this crazy market today!
